We do not pass on details to other companies and only use details internally.

You may continue to receive mailings from us for a short period of time while your request is being processed.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on our Servers in the UK.
If you make a booking or enquiry with us your data is also stored on our booking system server. Which is managed and maintained by our booking system provider. We do not store credit card or debit card information; this is passed directly from you to our payment provider who process the transaction.
We may transmit your data to other companies who provide us with services that enable us to provide our services. Such as marketing agencies hosting companies that host our website and servers. These companies may store copies of your data on their own servers which may be located anywhere in the world. By submitting your personal data and using the website you agree to this.
Security and links to other websites
Waldegraves is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and organisational controls to safeguard the information we collect online.
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
