Bookings
Waldegraves is a family park, any group bookings have to be pre-arranged with management. No groups of all male, or female or under 21's will be accepted. For ALL group bookings, we require full details for each pitch booked.  This includes each family's name, full address AND postcode, contact telephone numbers and the registrations of all vehicles which will be on the park.  We do not take provisional bookings; all bookings have to be made with a small, non-refundable deposit. Payment is due 21 days before arrival. A reminder will be sent out once the balance is overdue, if payment is not received within 10 days of the reminder, your booking will be cancelled and deposit lost.  
The nightly price for touring pitches includes upto 4 people, one car and one unit (tent/touring caravan/motorhome/trailer tent).  ALL extra people, cars, dogs, boats, awnings, pup tents and gazeboes MUST be declared and paid for.  Charges for each of these additional extras are listed on our tarrif page.  A 2.5% charge is made on ALL credit card transactions.  There is no charge for debit cards.  Cheques will only be accepted more than 14 days prior to arrival in order to ensure they have cleared with the back prior to the commencement of your stay.  We do not accept cash on arrival. 

Arrivals
All guests and visitors must report to reception on arrival before occupying any pitch or accommodation. Guests must occupy the pitch/accommodation that they are allocated; anyone found on the incorrect pitch will be required to move.  Please note that although we try our best to ensure customers are pitched in their preferred location, due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot guarantee that you will not be moved.

Occupancy
Accommodation may not be occupied by more than the number of persons specified on the booking form, unless permission is arranged previously. Holiday Homes can be occupied from 3pm onwards on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on morning of departure. The number of people in each holiday home must not exceed 6. Touring pitches can be occupied from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 3pm on day of departure. We do offer a late checkout service at an additional charge. This is subject to availability and can be booked no more than 24 hours prior to the usual checkout time.  Please be aware that, if you arrive earier than 3pm, we cannot guarantee that we will be ready to accecpt you onto the park or, that your pitch will be vacant and ready for you.

Cancellation
No refunds are given. Where possible, we will try to transfer your booking to another date. A £15 charge is made for transferring bookings. Bookings will only be transferred to another date within the same year.  No transfers will be made for any cancellations within 14 days of arrival. Cancellation due to illness must produce a doctor's certificate for transfer to be submitted for consideration. Please note that NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.


Any person found to be acting in an anti-social manner will be asked to leave the park and no refund will be given for early departure arising from this cause.
