Are beds made on arrival?
The bed linen is provided but you have to make the beds up yourselves.

What time can i arrive and leave?
Arrival time is anytime after 3pm and departure is by 10am

Are there any extra charges for electric water?
No, all water, gas and electric charges are included in the price.

Are the prices per person or per unit?
The prices are per unit, which is inclusive of up to 6 people.

Are we allowed to pup tents by the holiday homes?
Tents are not permitted next to the holiday homes, we have a separate area for tents and tourers.

Are there any hidden costs?
We take a £50 security deposit upon arrival, which is to cover any damages made to the van. This can be paid by cash or card.  When you check out, your van is checked and if there are no problems the £50 is returned to you. There is also a £10 deposit for a Barrier Pass when you arrive, this is refunded on your departure.

Do you have any wheelchair friendly caravans?
Yes, we have one caravan specially modified for wheelchair access. 

Do you accept dogs into your caravans?
Some of our caravans are dog friendly, please mention this when booking.

Is smoking allowed?
No, all the holiday homes are non-smoking.

Is there anything extra that you hire?
We hire towels for an extra £5 per set and cots at £10 each. We also offer Champagne on arrival for £35.00 and Flowers for £25.00 so why not surprise someone? Please advise when booking.

Do you offer a late checkout service?
Yes, you can pay for a late checkout unitl 3pm at a charge of £10 subject to availability. 

Do you require proof of insurance for boats and watercrafts?
Yes we do. A copy must be held in reception.
