General Conduct & noise
Waldegraves is a family park, general noise must be kept to a minimum and all young persons must be in their accommodation by 11pm. No noise between 12pm and 7am.

Passes
Proof of residency in the form of your booking confirmation must be shown upon request on entering the swimming pool. Only the number of people paid for on the dates stated on your booking confirmation will be admitted.

Clothes Lines
For safety reasons, clothes lines are not permitted. Please use the rotary drier provided by the park.

Dogs
Dogs are permitted; they must be kept on a lead at all times unless in the designated dog exercise area provided. All fouling must be cleaned up and placed in the dog bind provided. 'Doggy Bags' are provided free of charge from reception.

Damage
Anyone who has been damaging or defacing any property to the park will be asked to leave immediately. They will also be liable for costs of any repairs.

Cleanliness
All guests are asked to dispose of refuse and waste in the facilities provided. Anyone seen disposing of refuse and waste in the improper area will be asked to leave the park.

Boats
All boats and jet skis are to stay to the left of the slipway, bathers to the right. Boats and jet skis must be washed at the designated area by the compound.  Any person found to be using their watercraft in an unsafe manner will be asked to come to shore and will not be permitted to re-launch.

Liability
The owners and their employees and agents accept no responsibility or liability for death or personal injury to persons, or damage to, or loss of property arising out of any cause whatsoever.

General Rules

  • A maximum of two cars/vehicles is permitted next to any pitch.  A nightly rate must be paid for the second car.  Each vehicle will be required to pay a £10 deposit on a barrier card which will be refunded once the card is returned at the end of your stay.  Any additional vehicles must be parked in the car park opposite the golf driving range and paid for.  Visitors must also park in tha car park and walk to the pitch they are visiting.  Visitors will not be allowed through the barrier for any reason. Parking is charged at £5 per vehicle.
  • A maximum of one pup tent is permitted to each pitch at an extra nightly cost.  This may include a maximum of two children under the age of 12 years old and only applies when you pay for one full price pitch.
  • All additional extras are listed on the tarriff.  These must be declared and paid for before putting them on your pitch.  Inspections will be made.
  • Windbreaks may only be used when you are resident on your pitch and must be taken down when you leave.
  • Customers will only be admitted to the pool on production of proof that they are staying on the park in the form of their confirmation letter displaying the dates of stay and number of people paid for. 
  • For everyone's safety, a 15mph sped limit is in force on the park. Please leave your car on your pitch and walk to the amenities to reduce traffic flow on the park.  You are reminded that the same laws for use of public roads apply on the holiday park.
  • Commercial vehicles, underage drives and learners are not permitted on the park.
  • Cyclists are to keep to the roadways.
  • All motorbikes, quad bikes, petrol or electric scooters and any similar vehicles are not permitted on the park.
  • The posession or use of any firearms, guns, pistols,catapults or any similar weapons are strictly forbidden.
  • Open fires are not permitted
  • Hoses must not be fittedd to stand pipes& no washing of cars or caravans or filling of paddling pools is permitted.
  • Standpipes are conveniently placed for drinking water, wash hand basins and sinks in the laundry and toilet blocks are for personal use only, sinks in outside areas are provided for washing pots & pans.
  • A responsible adult must accompany children under 5 years of age when visiting the ablutions and toilet blocks.
  • Footpaths to the beach are clearly marked.  DO NOT use the private property of tenants as a cut through to the beach.
  • All children in the clubhouse are to be kept away from the bars and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.  Children are not permitted to pit or stand on the stage at any time.
  • When the Wheatsheaf is open, The Barn becomes for over 18's only, with the exception of when football is showing.  The upstairs pool room is strictly for over 18's only at all times.
  • Fishing tickets must be purchased from reception or the Wheatgrain shop before using the lakes.  Fishermen must be in posession of a vaild NRA licence in order to fish the lakes.
  • Speedboats, Jetskis and other watercraft must keep to the left of the slipway, bathers to the right.
  • Visitors are asked to respect the privacy of residential areas.
  • No groups of all male, all female or under 21's will be accepted onto the park. 
  • Any person found to be breaking any of these conditions may be asked to leave the park immediately without any form of refund being given by the manager or his respective.
  • Whilst every effort is made to provide the facilities and accommodation as advertised, we regret that we are unable to accept any liability for the lack of any facility due to technical breakdown or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Lost property will be kept for a maximum of 1 month then will be disposed of.  Waldegraves accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
  • Waldegraves reserves the right to hire out the entertainment venue at any time to private functions without prior warning.  In these cases, an alternative entertainment venue will be provided.
  • The swimming pool, Wheatgrain shop, Barn & Wheatsheaf clubhouse and the family games room are open limited times only during low and mid season and may be closed during your stay.  Please check opening times on booking if you intend to use these facilities.  Entertainment outside of Childrens' holidays will only be provided Friday & Saturday nights and is subject to change or cancellation at any time. 
  • Waldegraves reserves the right to vary these regulations at any time and the final decision is at the managers' discretion
