SWIMMING

• What age can children swim unaccompanied?
  An adult who is able to swim must accompany all children under the age of 12.  All children 8 years old and under MUST have a capable and responsible adult in the water with them at all times. 
• Do you have any adult only sessions?
  Yes, we have an adult only session in the afternoon, after the family session, subject to demand.
• Is the pool heated?
  Yes, it is an outdoor heated pool.
• Is the pool open for the whole season?
  No, the pool is normally open from May - mid September, depending on the weather.
• Do you operate a band system for the swimmng pool?
  Yes we do.  During busy periods the pool runs on a 45 minute rotation.

GENERAL

• Do you have fishing facilities on your park?
  Yes, we have 4 coarse fishing lakes, which contain a variety of fish. You can also sea fish from our private beach.
• Do you need a license to fish?
  You do for coarse fishing, which can be purchased at any post office. You also need a permit, which can be obtained from reception. You don't need a license to sea fish.
• Do you hire out any fishing equipment?
  Yes, we hire out fresh water fishing kits. We also have a tackle shop on site which sells fresh water and sea fishing equipment and sea and fresh water bait.
• Are dogs allowed?
  Yes, we allow dogs onto the park. They must be kept on a lead unless you are in the designated exercise area.
• Are visitors allowed?
  Yes, visitors are allowed but we do charge a car parking fee of £5 per day. Cars must be parked in the car park.
• Can i book over the phone?
  Yes, you can book over the phone with a card payment. For credit card transactions there is a 2.5% charge.
• Are any deposits required?
  Yes, for Hire Vans and Gate Passes
• Can i pay when i get there?
  Unfortunately no, full payment is due 21 days before arrival.
• When is Waldegraves open?
  The park is open from 1st March - 30th November
• Can I book multiple pitches or accommodation next to each other?
  Yes, subject to availability.
• Can I book more than one pitch or accommodation under my own name?
  Unfortunately, no.  For each pitch booked, we require separate details.  This must include family name, full address including postcode, contact telephone number and registration numbers of all vehicles.
• Do you allow all male or female groups or groups of under 21's?
  Unfortunately no, all male or female groups or groups of under 21's are not permitted on the park.
• Is there entertainment all season?
  Yes, in the peak season there is entertainment every night and also a kids club. Other times there is entertainment on selected evenings.
• Is there a cashpoint on the site?
  Yes, there is one available in the clubhouse.
• Do you have any tourist information available?
  Yes, there is an extensive range of information in reception.
• Do you have any golf facilities on the park?
  Yes, we have an 18 hole pitch and putt course and a 10 bay undercover golf driving range.
